Add receipt/document

There are several easy ways to add new receipts or documents.

Via drag ā€˜n drop

  • Go to the desired sheet (e.g. incoming invoices).

  • Select your PDF files, photos or e-invoices and drag them directly into the sidebar of the document list.

  • In the sidebar: Click the plus icon next to the document to add the document.

Via file picker

  • Go to the desired sheet (e.g. incoming invoices).

  • Click ā€œAdd more documentsā€ in the sidebar at the bottom.

  • In your operating system's file selector, select the files and click OK.

  • In the sidebar: Click the plus icon next to the document to add the document.
