Rename document list

Would you like to use other names for your documents lists? Here you will find out how you can rename documents lists and what you should pay attention to.

You can recognize document lists by the abbreviation of the sheet name – (II), (OI), (CA) or (OT).


To rename a document list:


  • Go to the desired sheet that you want to rename (e.g. “Incoming Invoices (II)”).

  • On the ribbon, click Format › Rename Sheet

  • Enter a new name (e.g. “Expenses (II)”)

  • Confirm the new name


ℹ️ When renaming, make sure not to delete the abbreviation of the document list!
