Split entry: How do I split values of a document?
For example, if a document contains several items with different tax rates, you can split the document.
To split a document:
Go to the desired sheet (e.g. incoming invoices).
In your receipt list, select the receipt you want to split.
Duplicate the document row so that you have two lines with the same document number.
Enter a tax rate and the respective gross amount per line. All lines of a document add up to the total amount of the document.
When exported to the tax office or accounting department, the data is summarized.
