Split entry: How do I split values of a document?

For example, if a document contains several items with different tax rates, you can split the document.

To split a document:


  • Go to the desired sheet (e.g. incoming invoices).

  • In your receipt list, select the receipt you want to split.

  • Duplicate the document row so that you have two lines with the same document number.

  • Enter a tax rate and the respective gross amount per line. All lines of a document add up to the total amount of the document.


When exported to the tax office or accounting department, the data is summarized.
